Deaf comic book

Earlier this year Deaf Power Publishing House launched Signs And Voices, a series of comic books which has exciting stories, superb illustrations and many Heroes, who are deaf.

The comic book is an online first. There will soon be a graphic novel released too. There will be four series of Signs And Voices. Each series consists of 12 episodes.

"the episodes tell the story of how tasked with saving a crumbling kingdom from itself, four heroes stand against a rising totalitarian government to protect the child, called The Azurian, who will one day bring peace and justice to the land. The Azurian, as prophesied by the Waardenburg King, is a champion of the Deaf and is the true heir to the throne. That throne, however, has been stolen by a hate-fueled leader of an anti-deaf paramilitary group known as Hearing Front whose aim is to erase the Deaf from society. The first steps of this journey have already been taken. The course of history is already changing…"
