Aged 7 or over? Interested in Science? Well the Science Museum in London has special deaf friendly BSL events for kids with full voice over included too so its for everybody!

London's Science Museum - Deaf presenter wanted

London’s popular Science Museum is looking for a new Deaf presenter to join their successful SIGNtific team. 
The Science Museum believes in the importance of families learning and having fun together. To facilitate this the museum is on the look-out for a new presenter to make science more accessible and fun for children and adults!
The museum currently has two presenters and five voiceover interpreters working together to produce a range of shows, stories and workers.
They are looking for new presenters who……
Have experience of working with children
Understand the pace and subtleties that are required to work with deaf children
Have a fun and engaging personality
Are committed to undertaking a training programme at the Science Museum
Are committed to working at least six Saturdays over a two year period and some mid week days in holidays and half terms
Are able to provide two references
CRB checked 
Have you got what it takes? Contact Charlotte Robinson (charlotte.robinson@sciencemuseum.org.uk) for more information and to oganise times for an audition. Auditions will be held at the Science Museum on April 17-18.
