Many deaf people often complain about the absence of subtitles across Sky TV and on their catch-up 'Go' service where subtitles are completely absent..

On a recent online chat with their automatic customer service machine, it told me that subtitles were not available on Sky Go..period. Deaf kids not allowed to enjoy it then.
