National Sport and Physical Activity Survey - UK deaf Sports
Posted by
TQ
"UK Deaf Sport is committed to creating more opportunities for deaf and hard of hearing people to exercise and play sport. To do this we need your help; we want to know about your views, experiences and attitudes towards sport and physical activity
By taking part in this survey you are helping to shape the future of sport and physical activity for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The information you provide is hugely important to us, as we want to ensure that deaf sport and physical activity are not marginalised or ignored. It will support future funding applications for deaf sport and help provide more opportunities for people who are deaf or hard of hearing to play, coach and volunteer in sport.
The survey is deaf friendly and there is also a BSL introduction . Every response is important so please complete the survey by clicking here.

Posted by

The Youth Advisory Board (YAB), a group of 17 deaf young people from all over the UK, tell the NDCS what deaf children and young people think and need. You have been telling them that access in health services e.g. the doctor or audiologist, can sometimes be hard. YAB want to change this.
Are you aged between 12-18? They need your help!
What do you need to do?
Simply take 10 minutes to complete this survey http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/6SV8J8N before Sunday 2nd June. If you email them when you have finished answering the questions they will enter you into a prize draw to win a £25 Amazon gift voucher.
With your answers the NDCS plan to create new and exciting information resources for deaf young people.
If you would like some help with filling in the survey online or would prefer to fill in the survey on paper then please let them know by emailing them at cyp@ndcs.org.uk or by calling 0207 014 1130
