Are you a British Sign Language user, great at technology, love playing with gadgets and like working with people?
Do you have experience working in a telecoms environment?
A leading O2 franchise is looking for fluent users of BSL who can become O2 Gurus to help people through the maze of mobile phone technology and give them a great customer experience with their mobile phone. Customers may be complete beginners or experienced users but all O2 customers are important and this is a great opportunity to be part of a global company.
This post is full time and based in central London. Salary £18k + Bonus (OTE £22 – £24,000)
You will receive training and also deliver training to your team mates.
