When listening to battery-operated laptops or games cochlear implant users can connect using a basic audio input cable.

When the computer is plugged into a wall outlet cochlear implant users MUST connect using an audio cable with a surge protector.

Users may connect computers, MP3 players, mobile phones and games to a cochlear implant. Talk to your audiologist about your options.
