I've always found it a conundrum really. Deaf SCHOOLS are being removed entirely,yet there is still some area determined to try putting the ideal back into practice. I'm all for support, but I don't buy the cultural angle to it, it creates conflict with integration and equality. In part I am happy the NDCS has shown some ability to not get involved in all that.
