NDCS - call for volunteers

If you have any spare time on your hands then read on...

Do you enjoy working with deaf children and young people? Are you available to volunteer on weekend and week-long residential events?
We are the National Deaf Children's Society, the leading charity dedicated to creating a world without barriers for deaf children and young people.
To continue to grow and support deaf children and young people we are looking for even more volunteers to help us to run our events all over the UK. We have such a variety of events throughout the year and we need you to help make these happen.
Currently, we are urgently seeking volunteers who are hearing with good sign language skills (BSL Level 2 or equivalent standard and above) and deaf and hard of hearing volunteers who are who are willing to help out on our residential weekend and week-long events. A willingness to travel to these events is required.
Volunteering with us is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills! We offer free training and expenses on events.
