KrazyKat theatre group return to Peterborough

Earlier this month the KrazyKat theatre group returned to Peterborough to perform ‘Yaga the bony legged, the deaf, the witch…’ .

The two KrazyKat actors Kinny Gardner and Jim Fish retold three exciting old Russian tales through their use of puppets.

Throughout the show there was much giggling and calling out from the audience, young and old.

Deaf children and young people, aged 4+, from a mixture of 12 local primary and secondary schools attended the junior deaf day. The pre-show session (delivered by Amanda from the NDCS), the performance and the post-show positive deaf mentoring session allowed much vital interaction between the deaf children and young people.
