Recently Lancashire Constabulary and East Lancashire Deaf Society have teamed up to create a BSL film.
The ‘Watch Out! Scam Awareness in BSL’ film contains a series of crime prevention messages to warn the deaf community to be on their guard against conmen, who may try to contact them via the internet.
