Taekwondo
First Free Session
On the 26th of March our young members had their first private session of Taekwondo with Evolution Taekwondo in Shrewsbury Ave Woodston Peterborough.
With signed support, Instructor and owner David Trower kindly gave up his time to teach the young members of PDDCS.
After a warmup and stretch the children where taught some of the basic moves and blocks, before moving onto kicking pads. Very soon all the children where kicking and shouting in trueTaekwondo style, a lot of fun was had by everyone.
This was the first of two sessions.

The sessions are held in a dedicated martial arts centre with professional instructor(s) and no physical contact will be involved. Just plenty of fun and pad kicking.
