Deaf Friendly Football, in association with Peterborough United, The National Deaf Youth Tournament Champions, is back for the 2014-15 season with new sessions for younger kids from ages 5-9.
All sessions are led by Tash Applegate, an FA qualified coach, notable local footballer and experienced in kids football coaching.
She will be assisted by William Palmer for the age 5-9 age group. William is a young deaf footballer from the city who is working towards his Junior Football Leaders qualification.
Qadeer Hussain will assist for the 10-16 age group, Qadeer is recognised as an exceptionally skilful footballer and has played mainstream football in the city for many years, recently leading Peterborough United's Deaf team in local 5-a-side tournaments. Qadeer is working towards becoming one of the areas only deaf FA qualified coaches.
All sessions will be structured to be accessible for deaf children with signed support and clear communication.

Its indoors so trainers, court shoes or astro will do. No black soles shoes please
