EQ-5D BSL TESTING THE RELIABILITY QUESTIONNAIRE

University of Manchester are looking for volunteers to take part in a pilot study of the BSL version of the EQ-5D questionnaire. The EQ-5D questionnaire is about health and is available to fill in online. There are only five questions in the EQ-5D. You will be asked to complete two other BSL questionnaires online (maximum 16 questions) about well-being.

 They are looking for people who are:-

-          BSL users,
-          Deaf
-          Over 18 years old.

One week later, they will contact you to ask you to complete a short questionnaire to do the BSL version of EQ-5D again. Please make sure you have answered all the questionnaires. Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will get a voucher of £20 to say thank you for your time.
