Music for deaf children to tour Europe

Feel the MusicThe Guardian has a story about how a french orchestra has launched a programme to help teach deaf children about music with great results..

The Mahler Chamber Orchestra's musicians have taken deaf children under their wing and launched 'Feel the Music' which they hope will take off across Europe. You can read the full story here.

The MCO have already teamed up with Paul Whittaker, who set-up UK Charity Music and the Deaf. Of Course, here in Cambridgeshire, we already have our own Music and the Deaf sessions every month at the Jack Hunt School! Come along and see what all the fuss (across Europe) is about.

  1. Music for deaf children will always have a room in our hearts for its wonderful and awe-inspiring turn of events where children strive to be at peace with their own being. We just hope it'll all go well with the tour this year.
