Use BSL when contacting BT

If you use BT and BSL then here is a new service for you! You can contact any BT customer service department using BSL. To get started go to the BT website and click on the link www.bt.com/bsl and download the SignVideo plugin.

Sign Video is a company run by deaf people to provide a relay service, just like Text Relay but in sign language instead. Check out the video below for more information.
